Texting Game

Texting Game

I’ve done a post on this before but it was based more on fundamentals; I’ve decided it would be beneficial to explore the more superficial aspects of texting game. Be warned however, texting is a myopic approach to attraction. If you do not sustain a relationship with face to face game or other forms of power play, you will still fail miserably.

(a) Mirroring: Refers to imitating another person to build attraction. Unfortunately, it’s one of the more under-discussed aspects of game, which eventually led to a legion of men bent on copying women word for word, posture for posture. That’s not how it’s done. When used effectively, it is only an imitation of small yet noticeable “gimmicks” that sub-communicate rapport and attraction with a girl. In lay-man terms, that means you should manipulate her “catch-phrases. Everyone has a unique set of phrases that they use repeatedly, you need to recognize hers and use them in your texts. Imitate the small and unique idiosyncrasies of her conversation style. The only exception being, never use too many smileys or say “lol’ too many times even if she does so herself.

(b) Once in a blue moon, send her a text that was “meant for another girl.” Unless you want to intentionally sabotage your relationship, do so with a sense of plausible deniability. Don’t write “let’s bang it out in the garage,” a simple “LMFAO yesss” will do. Science has proven that women invariably respond to jealousy, often in positive ways when used spatially. She will respond with a question mark, to which you will respond “oh sorry that was meant for someone else.” She’ll ask who, to which you reply “just a friend from work.” After she inquires further, you can reveal that it was indeed a female contact. Don’t make the text flirtatious, overtly communicating caddishness has a nasty tendency to backfire. By just saying something like “HAHAHA noooo wayyy” you’ll accomplish the same task at hand. Luckily, women have an uncanny ability to rationalize all of their fears.

*Disclaimer to the nice guys reading this: Before you start complaining about how “this is a manipulative procedure and an abomination to mankind,” girls do it all the time. Literally, ALL the time. They just have it more ingrained into their genetic scripts so where guys have to calculate their use of social dynamics, girls do it subconsciously. The only exception among men being jerks who have been exposed to early success with women

(c) Time your texts to Display Higher Value: Always respond in 1.5x – 2x the amount of time she took to respond to your last text (if you plan on responding at all). As all men are at first boggled by the efficiency through which game can improve relationships, you will be boggled by how well this rule can improve your chances at closing after the initial k-close. Most guys fuck it up AFTER number/k-closing by texting or calling too desperately. If you betray your sense of aloofness by withdrawing patience, you’ll find yourself at very good terms with your left palm.

Awesome. Also, shorter answers help too. If she types out a long paragraph, then replying with,”Exactly! They’re crazy.” can help make her feel your aloofness. You’re still responding, but you’re not diving into the text with the same amount of interest. Short text after periods of waiting generate curiosity. “Why is he not texting me so much? What is he doing?”

I think that to pull a girl, you must act like a girl, but like a man. Their aloofness, their plausible deniability. I’ve had girls run super hard game on me when I was younger.

Me – Of course I like you. I think we had a great time.

    *an hour passes*

    Her – ha kkk

Me – Thats bullshit. You could at least answer the phone when I call or respond to my text.

    Her – Right.

This can obviously go deeper, but I think the main point is there. So what you’re saying is that when a girl says “freedom” a lot or “success”, repeat it back in different words?

Her – I love the security of a relationship.

I love the freedom of being single.

I love the aroma of apple-scented Yankee Candles.

I would take words such as freedom, security, and aroma and text/talk about them in my message.

Me – Yeah, it’s a great feeling to know that everything will be ok no matter what happens.

Definitely, I live life by MY rules, never anyone else’s.

    Mmmmm…Apple candles smell fucking orgasmic.

    Am I following you Shark?

I’ve often heard about advices on how to be aloof in text game, especially like this. Something that has bothered me was, with one ex, while we were first dating, I would follow the longer reply time rule and that prompted almost immediately reply.

I then switched it up, not caring too much about how soon I reply, and that didn’t change her reply speed either (it’s the engineer in me trying to experiment…alas I did not have a control).

I decided to stick with the longer reply time rule. As time went on, she would match me in the reply length and speed (sometimes it got impractical to wait too long for me). Also, if my text doesn’t sound affectionate (now I know texts should always have an aloof tone), she would change her tone to match as well. I also remember her complaining sometimes that she would send me a very nice text and I often barely respond.

I’m thinking the change in her texting habit is just a sign of losing interest…am I correct?

I think that you just don’t want to be readily available like a puppy. You want to have something else going for you (or at least seem like it) so that they’re (women) a compliment to your life instead of your whole life.

  • The key is to keep it short and sweet. If you have something boring to say it’s better to not say anything at all!
